After years of intensive research and development as well as long run tests in cooperation with absolute experts on the sector of aging of thermoplastic resin we proudly present our unique aging indicator for safety helmets. It is a foil that is able to show the aging process of a safety helmet by UV radiation.

The indicator consists of three parts. On the left side is shown the VOSS-HELME logo, in the middle the indicator and on the right side you can find the reference area with a checkmark at the top and a dustbin at the bottom. The area in the middle will change its colour from dark red to light orange. As long as the indicator field is darker as the colour of the dustbin the helmet can still be worn. As soon as the indicator field reaches the colour of the dustbin the safety helmet has to be exchanged.
