The logos provided through the customers normally serve as templates. To ensure a good embroidery result, we need this as a vector file. For support required in creating the vector file we will gladly assist.

The manufacturing process is based on the latest hardware and software technology. At the beginning the vector file is read into the system. In the sequence, stitch, stitch length, stitch density as well as the individual colors and their order can be programmed.

The production is followed through most modern embroidery machines that can automatically produce designs in up to 11 colors. When changing from color to color the threads are automatically cut and sewn.
