After the initial idea many individual steps are necessary in order to design a new helmet which meets our quality standards.

From the first layout sketch over the choice of suitable material, depending on the area of application requirements, to the first sampling till finally the tool for serial production is made.

There follow many test phases around material, fit, safety, etc.

Finally, the helmet is re-examined through independent sources and certified before it finally is allowed into the trade.
